Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through betterthanspit.com.
All sales are final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Better Than Spit, LLC ("BTS," "we," "us," or "our") does not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect orders
An exception is available when an order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect. Contact support@betterthanspit.com within seven days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging
Photographs are required before a replacement or refund can be issued. Approved claims will be resolved with either a replacement or refund.
How approved claims are resolved
BTS will determine whether an approved claim is resolved with a replacement or refund based on the nature of the issue and product availability. If an appropriate replacement is unavailable, the affected item will be refunded to the original payment method.
If BTS sends a replacement, the customer will not be charged replacement shipping.
Refund method and timing
Once a claim is approved for a refund, BTS will initiate the refund to the original payment method within three business days and send an email confirmation. After the refund is issued, the customer's bank may require up to 10 business days to post it.
If you cannot locate a posted refund after that bank-processing window, contact us. When available, we will provide the Acquirer Reference Number so you can follow up with the original payment provider.
Cancellations and order changes
Cancellation or order-change requests must be emailed to support@betterthanspit.com as soon as possible. BTS will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If BTS successfully cancels an unfulfilled order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping charges and partial claims
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was canceled before fulfillment, the entire shipment was confirmed lost, or the claim resulted from a BTS fulfillment error.
